Recommend; Good selection of products. Prompt delivery. Was looking for Wichard stanchion fairlead blocks to match existing on my boat. These are surprisingly hard to find. Not many others Chandlers stock them.

The order took longer than I would like to arrive due to delays at the manufacturer., but Jonathan provided updates when asked and did a good job of following up.
The product was as described easy to order and a good price but my experience was marred by the delivery. My order was delivered 48 hours late and in a terrible state, the 2 boxes looked as if they had been run over and the smaller boxes inside were all damaged with one of the boxes missing a sachet. The courier, Hermes lied that they had delivered it on the due date, then lied that the delivery was to big for the vehicle (I could have delivered the boxes on my bike) then lied to Fetch that they had delivered part of the order. To be fair to Fetch when I told them that one sachet was missing they immediately refunded me the cost of one complete box which in my view is above and beyond. Unfortunately the only face to face contact the customer has with online shopping companies is the delivery company and if that delivery company is pants then some of that will rub off on the shopping company.
