All orders are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises. On receipt of your order we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately on 01326 375 482 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number to hand when you contact us as it will allow us to find your order quickly.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days of receipt.*
Please check the condition of goods on arrival - we are unable to accept goods damaged during shipping after 14 days.
Returned goods must be packaged securely, with all original packaging undamaged and in a salable condition i.e. shoe boxes must be in the same condition as when received
Goods must be unused and security seals intact.*
If you would like to return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, return postage will be at your expense. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
Please be aware that some navigational and safety products may be dated, and as such a full refund may in some cases not be possible. If you are purchasing dated navigational charts we suggest you contact us for more information.
Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order with Mylor Chandlery within a period of 14 calendar days. This period begins the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation request. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to either refuse delivery or return the goods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned before a refund will be processed and the product must be returned in its original condition.
How you can cancel
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by writing to us, calling 01326 375482, or send us a message via email@example.com. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/dispatch has begun.
Once your order has been successfully cancelled and agreed by Mylor Chandlery, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
Christmas returns policy: Any item purchased between Nov 15th until December 21st will be accepted back for refund or exchange up until January 15th.
The item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Postage costs for returning items to us can only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend that you send your order back to us by obtaining a ‘proof of posting’ (free at all Post Offices) or alternatively using a tracked delivery service. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to us.

Once your item has been returned, we will inspect it and take the necessary action as soon as possible.
If any item you receive arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01326 375 482 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we can only refund your postage costs when you return an item to us that is faulty.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
